We have formulated a list of objectives that has provided us with a working plan for every job we do. It has allows us to maintain a consistent approach to our business and reassures our clients of our commitment to the highest standards. We will strive to:

• Devise the most cost effective means of removal without affecting safety or quality.

Safety
At Biggs & Narciso we make every effort to meet or exceed all regulations pertaining to our industry. Each employee is trained to the specific tasks he will be performing so that he can conduct his work safely and according to the required regulations. We have a Health and Safety Committee responsible to ensure that our workers employ safe work practices and keep the entire jobsite safe. On every project, we appoint a safety representative from the crew to inspect for any possible hazards which are promptly dealt with. Training includes:

• Respirator fit testing and workplace protective clothing requirements
• WHIMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System)
• Fall arrest and safety equipment use
• Workplace safety procedures and safe conduct expectations
• Hazardous materials handling and awareness (asbestos, lead, mould, PCB’s, etc.)
• Tool inspection and maintenance

Each of our supervisors and foremen have taken additional training which includes:

• Supervisory courses
• Asbestos Abatement and mould Remediation Supervisory Certificate courses

Before each job is started, our senior staff conduct a full survey of the project to determine the hazards and risks to our workers (or any other workers or tenets nearby), as well as property and environmental concerns. They then formulate a working plan that ensures the workplace will remain safe and that the work will not adversely affect the surrounding environment.
