Materials Reclamation 
We are completely capable of undertaking any type of non-structural interior demolition project. A large component of demolition is the reclamation of materials and recycling and recovery have become as important as the demolition itself. Revenue from the resale of recovered materials can significantly offset the cost of demolition. We will conduct an on-site sort of all materials into recyclables, contaminated material and waste. Salvageable materials include: wiring, conduit, light fixtures, transformers, boilers, plumbing fixtures, roof top mechanical equipment, ductwork, insulation and any type of piping. Contaminated materials are treated as hazardous waste and are disposed of according to applicable government regulations.

Safety Considerations 
As with construction, in any demolition project, safety is a major concern. Perhaps it is even more important since, when tearing down any structure, there are unpredictable circumstances that can prove hazardous to workers.
