Company History
Biggs & Narciso Construction Services Inc. was founded by Mr. Luis Narciso and Mr. G. Timothy Biggs in 1988 to provide an alternative to the large impersonal asbestos removal and insulation firms of the day. Since then we have become a recognized leader in asbestos and environmental abatement. Our range of operations extends beyond the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), to Southwestern Ontario and the Ottawa-Carleton region. We are widely recognized for our ability to handle any asbestos abatement project, regardless of scope and complexity. We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible service on any size of project. We have performed work in hospitals, schools, industrial facilities, factories, high security buildings, offices, high rises and government buildings.

Our Mission
The goal of Biggs & Narciso Construction Services Inc. is to provide our clients with a new attitude toward environmental abatement services. We believe hazardous abatement need not be an adversarial relationship, but a mutually beneficial endeavour. Our intent is to provide a more personalized service that is cost effective, efficient and sensitive to specific customer needs while, at the same time, meeting all safety and governmental regulations.
