September building permits see the largest recorded monthly decline ever in Canada.
Statistics Canada reports that the total value of building permits in Canada fell 17.5% in September to $10.2 billion, the largest recorded monthly decline.

Former B&N supervisor Harvey Bradbury has unfortunately passed away.
On Wednesday November 2nd at the age of 68 years old, Harvey Wayne Bradbury passed away at the western Memorial Regional Hospital with his loving wife Jocelyn Bradbury (Lush) by his side.   Harvey was a supervisor at B&N for over 30 years and only recently retired.  He was loved by everyone at Biggs & Narciso and will be greatly missed.
